Welcome to Speedy Relo. These Terms of Service govern your use of our local pickup and drop services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Speedy Relo offers the following services:

  1. Local Pickup and Drop Services: We pick up and deliver items within Hanumangarh Junction and Hanumangarh Town, 24/7. Night deliveries incur extra charges.
  2. Express Delivery: For urgent situations, we provide express delivery at an additional cost.
  3. Scheduled Delivery: For time-specific deliveries, such as birthday or wedding gifts, we offer scheduled delivery.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Be responsible for their items.
  • Not use our service to transport illegal items. Violation will result in a permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
  • Not use our service for frivolous purposes. Requests should be specific and genuine.
  • Not request changes to the delivery path once the order is placed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Website Orders: Payment is made online.
  • Phone Bookings: Payment must be made via UPI or IMPS before order acceptance.
  • Cash on Delivery: Not offered.

5. Order Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders must be confirmed via phone before execution.
  • Once confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

6. Service Availability

  • We currently serve Hanumangarh Junction and Hanumangarh Town.
  • Service is available 24/7 with standard pricing from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside these hours.

7. User Accounts

  • Accounts are optional for regular website users.
  • Phone or WhatsApp bookings require KYC details and precise GPS location before order acceptance.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Misleading bookings or false delivery claims are prohibited.
  • Transporting illegal items is prohibited.
  • Medicines require a prescription from a certified doctor.
  • Forced drops are not allowed; consent from both sender and receiver is required.
  • Orders where the recipient refuses to accept will be stored or returned at additional cost.
  • We do not accept large cash transactions or purchases on behalf of customers.

9. Liability Limitation

  • We take care of items but are liable for damage only if caused by us.
  • Disputes will be resolved with order ID, serial number, or bill.

10. Governing Law

  • We comply with Indian district, state, and national laws. We will cooperate with authorities in cases of legal complaints or investigations.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Users will be notified of changes to these Terms via email.
